This amazing family run hotel is perched high above the Lauterbrunnen valley in the picturesque village of Mürren. It overlooks the spectacular UNESCO World Heritage site: the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau mountain range. From here you can head up into the mountain or down into the valley to explore wildlife, waterfalls and beautiful natural scenery in summer and snow sports in winter.
Getting to Hotel Eiger is an eco-experience of its own. As a car free village Mürren is accessible by cable car and train wizzing along a pine forest on one side and the breathtaking view of the mountains on the other. The hotel staff is happy to greet you at the station and share their traditional Swiss hospitality as soon as you step off the train or cable car.
