Threads of life is an ethical business and you can learn all about this through their classes, workshops and retreats. You will learn about the different about the designs, their cultural and historical background and the philosophy intertwined with each disciple, such as naturals dyes, batik technique and weaving. And of course, you will get your hands dirty and practice to produce some art of your own!

All people from the Threads of Life most definitely deserved to be mentioned, from the founders, the gallery staff, the ‘ behind the scenes’ team working the office and their partnering foundations. They make it possible for these weavers to maintain their cultural integrity and revive their ancestral skills, whilst simultaneously working hard to create their own independent financial security and help themselves out of the cycle of poverty.
