The WIESERGUT stands on soil steeped in history. The oldest records testifying to settlement of Glemmtal valley date back to the year 1222. Back then people spoke of "Salpach", today's Saalbach. On our plot an estate called Wiesern has been standing since 1350. The traditional Wiesern bread which we bake according to an old recipe in our wood-fired oven lets you partake in the history of this beautiful place.
